      Title: Marinade for flank steak

      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/4 c  Soy sauce
    1/4 c  Sherry
      3 T  Chinese oyster sauce
      2 T  Honey
      2 T  Crystalized ginger
      1 ea Clove of garlic
 
  Marinate overnight.  Cook flank steak 8 minutes on each side. Med-low
  grill.  Cut like roast beef.
