      Title: Ginger whipped cream

      1 c  Heavy cream
      3 tb Confectioner's sugar
      1 ts Ground ginger
 
  Combine all the ingredients and beat until soft peaks form.  Chill
  until ready to serve.
  
  Yield: about 2 cups
