Title: Quick court bouillon
Yield: 1 Servings
1 qt Cold water
1 Onion, chopped coarsely
1 Bay leaf
1 tb Salt
1/4 c Vinegar;or 3x as much white
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium sauce pan, lower to a
simmer, and cook 1520 minutes. Strain hot courtbouillon over squid.
