1 Ripe mango, banana, or
Papaya peeled and pureed
2 ts Honey; to taste
1/4 ts Saffron threads;steeped in
2 ts Hot water
1 c Ice water
2 tb Juice, lemon; to taste
1 c Yogurt
In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients;
chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
Yield: about 2 to 3 cups
