Title: Seasoned egg batter

4 lg Eggs
1/4 c Freshly grated Pecorino
2 ts Minced Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl whisk eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper
vigorously until well blended. Use immediately as a batter for
breaded meat or fish.
