      1 c  Mayonnaise
    1/4 c  Chili sauce
      1 tb Minced green bell pepper,
           Optional
      1 tb Minced onion, scallion, or
           Chives
      1    Hard boiled egg, peeled and
           Finely chopped
    1/4 c  Minced pimiento stuffed
           Green olives
    1/4 ts Hot red pepper sauce
 
  In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients well, cover and chill.
  
  Yield: 1 1/2 cups
