      Title: Breakfast mee-fried hokkien mee

      1 tb Vegetable oil
      1 oz Chopped garlic
      2 oz Chicken meat
      2 oz Prawns
      2 oz Squid (sliced)
      1 oz Choy sum (local mustard
           Leaf)
      4 tb Chicken stock
  1 1/2 tb Soya sauce
  1 1/2 tb Thick soya sauce
      7 oz Yellow Mee
           Few drops sesame oil
           White pepper powder
 
  Heat up wok and add cooking oil. Add in chopped garlic and fry until
  becomes light brown.
  
  Then, add chicken, prawns, squid and vegetable. Season with chicken
  stock, soya sauce, and thick soya sauce. When the stock is boiling,
  add in the Mee and stir well until the ingredients absorb and become
  semi dry. Drop in sesame oil and pepper powder.
  
  Yield: 2 servings
