      Title: Bay country crab soup
 Categories: Soups, Seafood, Crabmeat
      Yield: 5 servings
 
      1 lb Beef shin, bone in
      3 qt Water
      1 lg Onion, chopped
      2 lg Stalks celery, chopped
      1 lb Can of tomatos
      1 tb Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
     10 oz Package frozen mixed
           -vegetables
      1    Pckg fresh or frozen mixed
           -soup vegetables
      1 lb Maryland crab meat
    1/2 lb Maryland claw crabmeat
 
  Put first 8 ingredients in a large pan and simmer, covered, until
  meat is very tender, about 3 hours.  Add rest of ingredients and
  simmer, covered, until vegetables are done.
  
  Makes about 5 quarts of soup.
