      Title: Cream of peanut soup
 Categories: Soups
      Yield: 8 servings
 
    1/4 c  Butter
      1 tb Minced onion
      1 tb Flour
      1 c  Peanut butter
      1    Qt. Chicken stock
      1 ds Pepper
      1 ts Salt
      1 c  Cream
 
  Melt butter. Add onion. Simmer until tender but not brown. Add flour
  and peanut butter and stir to a smooth paste. Add stock gradually. Add
  seasonings. Cook twenty minutes in a double boiler, stirring
  constantly, until thickened. Strain and add cream. (Serves 8)
