      Title: Fresh corn "butter"

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Fresh or frozen corn
    1/3 ts Salt
      3 tb Water
      2 tb Coconut, optional
 
  Cook corn till soft.  Blend with hte rest of the ingredients until it
  is smooth.  Serve on bread, corn on the cob or other vegetables.
