      1    Head green leaf lettuce
      5    Finely chopped green onions
           Salt
           Oil & lemon dressing
 
  Wash & dry lettuce.  Shred it finely.  In a salad bowl, combine with
  the green onions & a little salt.  Sprinkle with the dressing & toss
