      Title: Quick pasta salad

      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      1 c  Uncooked whole wheat or
           -- spinach elbow macaroni
           -- shells, or spirals
  1 1/2 c  Chopped mixed vegetables
    1/2 c  Oil free salad dressing
 
  Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix
  with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat. "The McDougall Plan"
