Title: Quick beer mustard

Yield: 2 Cups
1 c Mustard powder
1/4 c Cold water
1/2 c Beer or ale (flat or fresh)
Whisk the mustard together with the cold water in a medium sized bowl
& set aside for 10 minutes.
Stir in the beer & mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or store in an
airtight container in the refrigerator for up to six months. This
mustard makes an excellent addition to salad dressings.
