      Title: Ginger dressing
 Categories: Salads, Dressings, Dips, Vegetarian
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      2 oz Ginger root
      1 md Onion; cut into quarters
      3 c  Vegetable oil
      1 c  Vinegar
  1 1/3 c  Soy sauce
  1 3/4 c  Water
    1/2 c  Lemon juice
      1 md Garlic clove
  1 1/2 tb Tomato sauce
 
  In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.
  Refrigerate.
  
  Yield: About 8 cups.
  
  Snyder writes: "Keep this tangy dressing on hand; you'll find many
  uses for it."
