      Title: Amazing coconut pie

      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      2 c  Milk
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Bisquick
      4    Eggs
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/2 ts Vanilla
      1 c  Coconut
 
  Combine everything but coconut in blender on low for 3 minutes. Pour
  into pie plate, let sit for 5 min. Top with coconut. Bake at 350 for
  40 minutes.
