1 lg Can; (20 oz.) frijoles
1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 lg Onion; (or 2 medium ones),
-chopped
1 tb Salsa jalapena
"Salsa jalapena;" is a fiery condiment made with ripe jalapeno
chilis. It can be replaced in this recipe with any hot sauce that
suits the taste.
Combine all the ingredients and cook thoroughly over very low heat.
Be very careful, since it burns easily.
