6 2/3 lb Superbrau light malt
3 oz Hallertauer hops -- boil
30 45 min
1 oz Saaz hops -- finishing
1 pk Vierka lager yeast
4 oz Priming sugar
Boild one gal of water, add syrup, stir until dissolved. Return to
heat. Add 3 oz hallertauer hops and boild for 30-45 min. In last
5-10 minutes of boil, add the saaz hops. Add to 4 gal of cold water.
When cooled to below 80 degrees, pitch yeast. Fermentation at 45-55
degrees should go as follows: 10-14 days in primary fermenter, 2-3
weeks in secondary and 6 weeks in the bottle. OSG: 1040-1050 FSG:
