Title: Anadama bread #5
Yield: 12 Servings
1 c Boiling water
1/2 c Corn meal
1/4 c Molasses
3 tb Margerine
2 tb White granulated sugar
3 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 tb Dry yeast (not rapid rise)
Combine water, corn meal,
molasses, margerine, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until margerine
dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
In bread machine basket place flour and salt. Add the egg. Pour the
cooled liquid on top.
Place bread basket in machine. Put yeast in yeast dispenser. Select
white bread, sandwich mode. This will take four hours.
