Title: Apple blossom cake

      Yield: 8 Servings
 
  1 1/2 c  Oil
      3 c  Flour (don't sift)
      1 ts Soda
    1/2 ts Cloves
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
      2 c  Sugar
      3    Eggs
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Vanilla
      3 c  Chopped apples; unpeeled
 
  Mix all ingredients except apples with mixer. Fold in apples. Bake in
  Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Grease & flour pan very well
  so apples won't stick.
