      Title: Apple cranberry rhubarb crisp
 Categories: Apples, Cranberries, Crisps
      Yield: 1 Servings
    1/3 c  Lightly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c  Oats
      3 tb Whole wheat flour
      2 tb Margarine; melted

    2/3 c  Granulated white sugar
      3 tb All purpose flour
      2 c  Slices apples
      2 c  Diced rhubarb; diced
      1 c  Cranberries; fresh or frozen
  1. Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour
  3. Add fruit to flour mixture, and toss to coat.
  4. Spoon fruit mixture into a 2 litre baking dish, sprinkle with
  topping mixture
  5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes until fruit is tender.
  NOTES: Serve this quick and easy to prepare dish warm or at room
  temperature. For an extra special treat serve with a scoop of French
  Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
