Title: Apple peanut butter sandwiches

      1 sm Granny Smith apple
    1/4 c  Creamy peanut butter
      3 oz Cream cheese -- softened
      2 tb Brown sugar -- packed
    1/8 ts Cinnamon
      1    Loaf
           Soft white or wheat bread
 
  Peel, core and slice apple with Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer.  Chop
  sliced apple with Food Chopper.  Combine all ingredients except bread
  in Batter Bowl.  Place a scant tablespoonfulof filling in center of a
  piece of bread. Cover with another slice.  Cut and seal the 2 layers
  of bread with 3-inch Cut-N-Seal.
