      1 pk Brown & serve link sausages
      1    Egg
      1 c  Bisquick
    1/2 c  Chopped pared apple
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
           Maple syrup
    1/2 c  Milk
 
  Heat oven 450.  Grease 8x8x2" baking dish.  Brown sausages as
  directed on pkg.  Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand
  beater until smooth. Stir in apple.  Pour in dish; arrange sausages
  on top. Bake until light brown, 20 - 25 min. Serve with syrup. High
  Altitude: Heat oven to 475
