    3/4 c  Buttermilk
  2 1/2 c  Bread flour
      1 tb Cinnamon
      1 ts Salt
      2 tb Brown sugar
      1 tb Butter
  1 1/2 ts Yeast
 
  Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine).
  Adjust as needed for your machine.
