           -apricot preserves
           2      t bsp
           -balsamic vinegar
           1      t bsp          soy
           -sauce
           1/4  t sp           orange
           -peel; grated
 
  In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.  Makesabout 1 1/4 cups. Serve
  with chicken.
