      Title: Asian cabbage stir fry
 Categories: Vegetable
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 tb Peanut oil
      2 lg Heads Bok Choy (Chinese
           -cabbage)
      2 ts Sesame seeds
      2 ts Teriyaki sauce
   
  Heat the oil in a wok or large deep skillet,over low heat for 1
  minute.
  
  Meanwhile shred the cabbage fine.Add the cabbage and stir fry 4
  minutes. Add sesame seeds and stir fry 1 minute more.Add teriyake
  sauce and toss ingredients until cabbage is tender but still
  crisp.  Makes 4 servings.
