1/2 c Fresh orange juice
1/3 c Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
3 tb Rice wine vinegar
1/2 c Low sodium soy sauce
3 Whole scallions -- thinly
Sliced
White, lt. green onl
1 sm Jalapeno -- sliced thin,
Crosswi
1/2 ts Red pepper flakes
8 Thin strips orange zest
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish,
chicken or pork.
