    1/4 c  Non-fat mayonnaise
      1 pn 5 spice powder
      1 pn Fresh ginger (optional)
      1    Scallion; thinly sliced
        dr Rice vinegar
 
  Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and
  pepper. Put this on your grilled chicken or turkey sandwich or
  burger.
