    1/2 lb Beef in style of your
           -choosing
      2    Cloves crushed garlic
           Dark beer
           Cumin
           Salt
      2 cn (small) or
      1 cn (large) El Pato Mexican
           -tomato sauce
           Chopped tomatos from the
           -garden
           Chopped chili peppers from
           -the garden
    1/2    Green Bell sliced and diced
    1/4    -(up to)
    1/2    Onion sliced and diced
           Whatever else you feel like
           -adding
  Brown the meat with the crushed garlic, then throw everything else in and simmer it until you 
feel like eating.  Serve with beer (duh).
