           Mayonnaise
           Salsa
           Washed arugula leaves
           Wide slices of toasted good
           -Italian bread, cut on bias
           Thinly sliced or grated
           -White cheddar cheese
           Crisp cooked turkey bacon
           Slices of avocado
           Chopped cilantro
 
  In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on
  toast. Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with
  avocado and cilantro.
