           -softened (200 grams is OK
           -although it's 7 oz.)
      1 tb Butter or margarine
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1 lb Powdered sugar (= 457 grams,
           -approx. 9/10 of 500 grams)
    1/4 c  Baileys
      1 pk White chocolate chips (or 2
           -1/2 large white chocolate
           -bars (250 grams), cut up
           -into small chunks)
