      Title: Baked celery
 Categories: Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 c  Celery, cut in 1/2" pcs.
      1 ts Tarragon
    1/2 c  Heavy cream
    1/2 c  White wine
      2 tb Butter or margarine
 
  Melt butter or margarine and combine with all ingredients in buttered
  casserole dish.  Cover and bake for 325° oven for 45 min.
