Title: Baked fresh fish

Yield: 4 Servings
Cooking oil
1 lb Fish filets
Crazy Jane salt
Black pepper; freshly ground
Dill weed; crushed
Butter
MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 ts Tarragon
2 ts Capers with juice
2 tb Lemon juice
Spray or brush cookie sheet with cooking oil. Place filets on greased
surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter.
Bake at 375ø for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes
or until fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon,
capers and lemon juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish. Yield: 4
servings.
