      1 md Onion
 
  preheat oven to 400 degrees, wash and dry tatoes,. Cut the potatoe
  (but only 3/4 through) into 4 slices. Slice onion into 1/4 inch
  slices then in half, put onion inside potatoe slices. Rub potatoe
  with butter and wrap in tin foil cook for one hour
