Title: Baked rhubarb
Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 lb Rhubarb; peeled if
-necessary, and cut in 3 or
-4 inch stalks
1/4 c Water
1 -(up to)
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ds Salt

Arrange the rhubarb in a 1-1/2 -quart casserole with a cover. Add the
water, sugar to taste, and salt. Cover tightly and bake at 350
degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Chill and serve. Cooked
rhubarb is good served with heavy cream or sour cream, witih fresh
strawberries if you like.
