      2 pt Ripe strawberries; stemmed
           -and halved
    1/3 c  Balsamic vinegar reduction
      2 tb Honey
    1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
      1 tb Green peppercorns, slightly
           -crushed; drained and rinse
 
  In a bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Allow to stand,
  refrigerated, for at least 1 hour before serving.
