Title: Banana bread #01

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      2    Eggs; well beaten
    1/4 ts Salt
  1 1/2 c  Sifted flour
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/3 c  Buttermilk or sour cream
      3    Very ripe bananas; mashed
      1 c  Walnuts or pecans
 
  Cream oil & sugar. Add eggs & salt & mix well. Add flour & soda
  combined with buttermilk alternately. Add bananas. Fold in nuts.
  Grease 2 loaf pans. Pour in mixture & bake about 45 minutes at 350.
  Makes 2 loaves.
