      2 c  Whole wheat regular or
           -pastry flour
    1/4 c  Toasted wheat germ
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
  1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
      1 ts Cinnamon
  1 1/2 c  Mashed banana (about 3
           -large)
    1/4 c  Molasses

  From: "Asha Dornfest"  Here's another winner from
  Sandra Woodruff's Secrets of Fatfree Baking. Moist, not rubbery,
  delicious.
  
  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well till combined.  Add remaining
  ingredients, stir till dry igredients are just moistened.
  
  2. Coat an 8x4 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Spread mixture
  evenly in the pan, and bake at 325 F for 40-45 minutes, or just until
  a wooden toothpick inserted in the ceneter of the loaf comes clean.
  
  3. Let sit in pan for ten minutes, then cool completely on a wire
  rack.
