Title: Banana yogurt shake

1 1/2 c 2% lowfat milk
2 Ripe bananas; peeled
1 c Plain yogurt
1/4 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
5 Ice cubes
Preparation :15 Cook :00 Stand :00 Total :15
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend until
thick and creamy. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth.
Note: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt and vanilla.
