Chicken Corn Bread Stuffing

Title: Barbecued chicken and corn bread stuffing
Yield: 4 Servings
1 1/4 c Boiling water
2 tb Margarine
1/2 ts Paprika
1 Stalk celery; chopped
3 c Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread
-Stuffing; * see note
4 Skinless boneless chicken
1/4 c Barbecue sauce
1. Mix water, margarine, paprika and celery. Add stuffing. Mix
lightly. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken over
stuffing. Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.
2. Bake at 400 degrees fro 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve
with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
*note-You can also use one package of Pepperidge Farm Honey Pecan corn
bread top of stove stuffing mix instead. Mix vegetable/seasoning
packet with water, margarine, paprika and celery.
