Title: Barbecued meatballs

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      3 lb Extra lean ground beef
     12 oz Evaporated milk
      1 c  Oatmeal
      1 c  Cracker crumbs
      2 lg Eggs
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
      2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      2 ts Chili powder

      2 c  Ketchup
      1 c  Packed brown sugar
    1/2 ts Liquid smoke flavoring
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
 
  Combine all the meatball ingredients (mixture will be soft). Shape
  into 80 meatballs (walnut size). Place meatballs in a single layer on
  wax paper-lined cookie sheets. Freeze until solid. Wrap & store in
  freezer until ready to use.
  
  Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients & stir until sugar is dissolved.
  
  To prepare meatballs & sauce: Place frozen meatballs in a single
  layer in 2 ~ 13 x 9 baking pans. Pour on the sauce. Bake at 350F for
  1 hour.
