      Title: Basic baking mix (sweet)

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
  3 1/4 c  All-purpose flour; unsifted
  2 1/4 c  Sugar
      1 c  Unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c  Cornstarch
      1 tb Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
  1 1/2 ts Salt
 
  Sift together all ingredients. Store in tightly covered container at
  cool room temperature. Stir before using. Makes 7 cups mix.
