      Title: Basic fruit sherbet

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Egg whites
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Pureed fruit (try cherries;
           -raspberries; canned
           -pineapple; honeydew or
           -cantaloupe melon; or citrus
           -fruit)
      1 c  Cold water
   
  Mix egg whites and sugar with wire whist.  Blend in fruit and water.
  Mix well.  Chill.  Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions
  for ice cream.
