      2 c  Pineapple (mango also works
           -fine)
      2 tb Chopped onion
      2 tb Minced jalapeno
    1/4 c  Chopped cilantro
    1/4 c  Lime juice
           Salt and pepper to taste
 
  Put into blender and vrummmmm. Canned, crushed pineapple can
  substitute fresh pineapple and makes the dish very easy to prepare.
