1 c Bread Flour
2 ts Sugar
1 pk Dry Yeast; (2 1/2 Tsp)
3/4 c Very Warm Water; 120 To 130
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with knife.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1
minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover
and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
