  3 3/4 c  Flour
      1    Grated lemon peel
      2 c  Plus
      2 tb Lukewarm milk

  Rub together butter, sugar and flour.  Add lemon peel and milk.  Let
  dough rest for 1 day.  Put 1/2 teaspoon dough on iron.  300 brezeli
