    1/2 c  Orange juice
    1/4 c  Vegetable oil
    1/4 c  White wine vinegar
      2 tb Chopped shallots
      1 ts Dried tarragon leaves
      2 ts Grated orange peel
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic
  bag. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
