Yield: 4 Servings
2 1/2 lb Filet of beef
4 Cloves garlic; crushed
3 dr Lemon juice
1. Place filet lengthwise and cutting from top to bottom, divide into
5 oz. portions. Split each portion in thickness and open. (Cut as
if splitting a roll.)
2. Add garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice and let stand 10 to 15
3. Cook on a grill or broil. (A charcoal grill is best.) Note: To be
used in tampiquena tiras de filete.
