      Title: Beef apple meatloaf

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
      1    Egg
    1/4 c  Milk
    3/4 c  Fine bread crumbs
    1/4    Onion; diced
           Salt and pepper to taste
      2 md Apples; grated
    1/2 tb Nutmeg
 
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Bake until done.
