Yield: 6 Servings
3 lb Beef; cubed
1 cn (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom
1 cn (10.7-oz) cream of celery
1 cn (10-oz) cream of chicken
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 c Burgundy wine
Mix soups and wine; add beef. Put in large casserole and bake
uncovered at 300 for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
