      Title: Best cheese grits
 Categories: Casserole
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1 c  Grits
      4 c  Water
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 lb Butter or margarine
      1    Roll (6-oz) Kraft garlic
           -cheese
      3    Eggs
    1/2 c  Milk
      1 c  Sour cream
      1 c  Crushed and buttered
           -cornflakes (optional)
 
  Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt as directed on
  package. Cool 15 minutes. Melt butter or margarine and 3/4 roll of
  cheese together and add to grits. Beat eggs and milk. Add sour cream.
  Add mixture slowly to grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
  Top with remaining cheese that has been grated or cut into small
  pieces and cornflakes. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Yield: 8 servings.
